Registration is open year round. New students accompanied by a parent may inquire about registration at the front desk.
Things you need when you come to ITMS to register...
- Registration packet filled out complete. Registration packets can be found here.
- Students Birth Certificate
- Physical (less than 1 year if out out state in state is good)
- Proof of Residence (utility bill, lease or deed)
- Grades from previous school if possible
- Immunizations on FL 680 form
